You’ll receive an easy-to-use link to a Google Drive folder containing all your listing’s media. Photos are fully curated and ready to upload directly to property portals. Standard videos are delivered in 1920x1080 and social media content in 1080x1920, though we can easily adjust dimensions to suit your preferred platforms like LinkedIn. We're always on hand if you need any help accessing your folder!
We’re always happy to tweak the odd cushion or tuck away a stray item! However, because we move around the property several times with different lenses and angles, it’s always best to have the home ready before we start. If you need to stash things away, a great trick is using a room that won’t be featured—like a basement, small box room, or downstairs WC—to keep visual clutter cleanly out of sight.
It depends on the package! Quick photography or simple walkthroughs take 1–2 hours. Presenter-led videos take 2–4 hours, while full-scale media packages take 5–6 hours.
To save agents time, you’re welcome to head off once your on-camera pieces are done—we’re completely comfortable finishing up and locking up on our own. Shoots also run most efficiently when vendors pop out while we work, and we’re always happy to coordinate keys and timings directly with them.
